We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies for our very successful automotive group.
You will report to our Vice Chairman & Executive Vice President – GTA. Your office will be located in one of our GTA dealerships.

As a key member of our senior team, your main accountabilities include the following:
Manage all aspects of marketing for all dealerships including website, digital, events, and traditional – including writing and delivering engaging content that clearly communicate who we are and what we stand for

- Responsible for growing the Phaeton and associated brands and generating business opportunities and customer retention strategies
- Be our internal expert on digital marketing, search engines and industry trends and developments
- Successfully design and execute unique and memorable marketing strategies
- Develop and implement innovative marketing concepts to generate new business and retain customers
- Recommend and manage marketing budgets and work closely with our Finance Team to monitor spend and return on investment
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growing the online channel awareness and engagement
- Enhance our search engine ranking for identified keywords and phrases
- Maintain and grow our social media presence
- Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community engagement
- Provide detailed website reporting, web traffic, analytics and engagement ensure timely updates of company websites with current promotions, campaigns, photos of product lines and dealership story.
- Lead or participate in other projects as needed

Must haves:

- University degree – preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing/Digital Marketing
- 5 years' hands on marketing experience within automotive, automotive retail, aftermarket or agency with automotive as a primary client
- Proven social media training and execution
- Website management experience
- Photoshop skills (resizing, minor edits, adding logos)
- Strong demonstrated ability to manage complex and competing projects as well as multiple


- Excellent Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong social, interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and high performing
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under tight timelines
- Excellent attention to detail

Company vehicle is provided as part of your compensation package

Periodic travel to our London Ontario dealerships is required
